PLEASE NOTE: Parcels that have not yet been assigned an address are not searchable and permits are not available to be applied for online.
BUILDING PERMITS Contractors in good standing with valid licenses and are registered with Randolph County May request account access to apply for permits.
Resident Access is now available for obtaining online permits. Permits can only be obtained by the property owner, living in the home for which the permit is applied. You must have your Parcel Number in order to request a permit. General Construction permits may now be applied for online.
*** Supporting Documentation for new and existing permits can now be uploaded through ePermits. All documents must be in PDF format with size no larger than 10MB. Documents other than PDF will be removed and not looked at resulting in delayed processing of your permit. Larger files must be emailed to permits@randolphcountync.gov

Permits for the Fire Marshal's Office may now be applied for online.
